Silence for several minutes
I - Alex mommy not coming
A - Well mommy talks you call mommy

I - Where is sink?
A - Um, I don't know. Starts singing the Bumblebee song. And then they argue about the correct words to the song
I - We need to seep a little
A - And mommy will check. For 30 minutes. Mommy talking to Ellie and Max
I - No Ellie's not here. Ellie to a party Ellie was at a party when they went to bed, but is home at this point, and they can probably hear her in the hall
A - Her school is over
I - Why?
A - Cuz
I - And a gym is over
A - Why?

Silence for several minutes, and then the phone rings, barely audible it their room
I - It woked me up Alex
A - Why?
I - Cuz
A - It son't (maybe shouldn't??) do dat Ian
I - OK
A - I won't do dat again

I - Yeah

I - Yeah
A - Be really quiet
I - All of the people talking
A - Why?
I - Cuz Max talking

I - It was me. It woked me up

A - Ian it not a dary (scary) thing

Just to be clear, at no point did Ian yell at Alex tonight! He did, however, do some major yelling this morning at 5:30 am when he woke me and Alex up by being quite angry about something. I'm not sure what, but he woke up feisty. Maybe he figures if he's going to be accused of yelling, he may as well do it!

I hooked the recorder up to the computer just now, and I can hear them through the computer, but I don't think I can edit and erase portions so I could have 10-20 second snippets saved. I'll have to see if there's some software I can download to help me do that. I'll work on that during some of my free time :-)
