I - I'm not calling mommy. I'm just...
They have a short talk, which I can't follow, about seeing something in bed. I think it's about their fire trucks.
A - My tummy need to rest a little bit
Notes for today: Ian and Alex went to their first birthday party for a friend! It was at a firezone fun place, and they each took home, you guessed it, a fire truck which they slept with tonight. They had also never heard of, or been given, a goody bag. It was a new and exciting experience!
Ellie and Max both took showers tonight. I did tell the boys this afternoon that I was going to take a shower while they napped, so I think that's why they were talking about me taking a shower.
Oh, and they are right about their diapers tonight; we are running low on regular diapers and I found some nighttime pull-ups in the closet, which I put on them. They relate them to swim diapers, since those are in a pull-up style also. Alex did not want to wear this other diaper tonight, but finally agreed. I think it's funny that the pull-up is something they discussed tonight!
After hearing all of the water they drink, I shouldn't be surprised when they wake up in the morning soaked...and again today, there was not talk of feeling sick at any time during the day.
Tonight's talk was long! I am loving my new recorder!!! I would probably not have been able to transcribe tonight's conversation using our old camcorder. It's the small things that make me happy!
Good night!
