So I asked the babysitter to start taping last night when she put the boys to bed, and I'm pretty sure she forgot and went in later to tape, but they were already sleeping! When I went up to check, I was excited because the recorder was on and the tape was at the end, but once I looked at it, I saw it was dark and just a video of them sleeping. Too bad. She said before bed Ian was asking to sleep in my bed with me, and she kept explaining that he couldn't, to numerous "why"s! I am curious about what they talked about last night - I am getting kind of addicted to spying on them!
We have talked a little about switching to big-boy beds this weekend, but I want to hold off until I have the new recorder up and running. I think Memorial Day weekend is typically a weekend for mattress sales, so maybe we'll get them, but wait to put them in their rooms. We already have really big plastic car beds for them that are just talking up space in the basement. They are awesome, and something we never would have bought! We actually got them from an old friend who also has twin boys. So it's very exciting for us to have them, and I think they boys will get a kick out of them!
I'll put the recorder on tonight, and we'll see what we hear...curious minds (me) want to know!!
